Shipping policy

 

Orders may take up to 5 days to ship. We are not responsible for any delays, missing or stolen packages. Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for any delays, missing or stolen packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue.

Fundraiser Orders will either be shipped directly to you or distributed by the school. Please allow up to 2 weeks after the end of the fundraiser for the journals to be shipped.

Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.
