The Moments of Joy Journal

This weekly journal was created for you to document the most special moments of motherhood. The simple moments that happen everyday. Over the next four years, you will use this journal to capture what matters most to you. 

Tumblers

Our 20oz tumblers are a great accessory to match your Moments of Joy Motherhood Journal. It keeps your beverage hot or cold, while reminding you to enjoy the simple moments of the day. Please note the tumblers will ship separately from the journals.

Stickers

Our variety of stickers are a great way to decorate your laptop, water bottles, the back of your journal, and more. Put them in places that will remind you to find joy in the simple moments.

Shipping and Returns

We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all orders. Packages are shipped through USPS.

What is the shipping policy?

Orders may take up to 2 days to ship. We are not responsible for any delays, missing or stolen packages.  Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for any delays, missing or stolen packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. 

Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.

We are not responsible for any delays, missing or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for any shipping problems that may occur. To file a claim with USPS, please visit: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

What is the return policy?

If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email at Hello@eighteensummers.co within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily send you a replacement item!

For returns, please email hello@eighteensummers.co with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused and have no visible damage to receive a refund. Refunds are distributed after we receive the product. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping.

What do I do if my package is lost or if it says 'delivered' when it is not?

Eighteen Summers is not responsible for lost packages. We provide tracking information once your order ships directly to your email. If a package is lost, please contact your local postal services office and file a claim. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
