A: We recommend 2 weeks—long enough for families to see and act, but short enough to maintain excitement.
Q: How do families order?
A: Parents order directly online using your unique link and code at checkout. No forms or cash collection needed.
Q: How does my school get the funds?
A: You receive 40% of every journal sold. Funds can be delivered as a check or via PayPal within 5 days of the end of the fundraiser.
Q: Can journals be shipped directly to families?
A: Yes! The School can choose to have journals shipped to their home. Shipping is $5 per order, paid by the family.
Q: Are there any minimum orders required?
A: No minimum order is necessary—every order counts toward your school’s profit.
Q: What support do you provide?
A: We provide a custom order link, promotional materials, and guidance for maximizing sales. We’re here every step of the way!
Q: What if someone orders other journals from your website? Does it count toward our fundraiser?
A: Yes! Any journal/product purchased from our website using your school’s unique link and code counts toward your school’s fundraising total.
Q: What if someone forgets to use the code at checkout?
A: No worries! We manually review all orders to ensure every purchase is connected to the correct school. Also, every order requires the customer to select their school.
Q: How do we track orders and see progress?
A: You will be given a Google Sheets dashboard that is updated every 48 hours so you can see how many orders have been placed and how much money you have earned.
Q: If we are distributing the orders, how will the journals be packaged/organized?
A: The journals will be individually packaged in a plastic cello bag with a label on it that includes the students name and teacher's name. You will also be given a master list of all of the orders.
